Energetic Anatomy in Motion

A Embodied Exploration of Fascia, Meridians & the Five Elements
Continuing Education for Pilates and Fitness Professionals

Beneath every movement lies a hidden world—a web of sensation, breath, energy, and meaning. In this one-of-a-kind workshop, we’ll unlock that world together.

Blending the precision of traditional and contemporary Pilates with the wisdom of Chinese medicine and fascia science, this course will guide you into the body’s energetic architecture—where the currents of meridians and myofascial pathways flow, where breath becomes transformation, and where movement becomes medicine.

You’ll learn how the Five Elements can shape your teaching, how to activate the Mingmen—your Gate of Vitality, and how to bring a new level of intention and power to your sessions. This is where anatomy meets alchemy, and your core becomes a conduit for deep, embodied change.

Whether you’re guiding clients through recovery or helping them claim their innate strength and spirit, this course will expand what’s possible—in your practice and in your body.
