Course Description
This comprehensive workshop empowers movement professionals with tools to support women navigating breast cancer—before, during, and after treatment.
Blending Pilates-based movement, fascia-informed cueing, and energetic awareness, this training bridges modern science and ancient healing principles. You’ll learn how to support lymphatic flow, scar healing, emotional resilience, and whole-body vitality—while honoring each client’s unique journey.
You'll also gain a clear, accessible understanding of breast cancer itself—including stages, subtypes, surgical interventions, and treatment strategies—so you can approach your clients' experiences with greater clarity and compassion.
Who it’s for:
Pilates teachers and movement educators
Instructors working with cancer survivors
Professionals interested in fascia, somatics, and holistic healing
No prior experience with energy work is required.
More Than Just Repertoire
This workshop is designed not only to expand your knowledge—but to awaken your insight as a teacher working with breast cancer survivors.
You’ll receive practical tools and guiding frameworks—but also space to explore your own voice, intuition, and creativity as a movement professional.
Expect to leave not only with a toolkit, but with a deepened sense of clarity, confidence, and possibility in how you serve others through this work.
